Cookie Policy for the TOSYA Platform

1. General provisions

1.1. This Cookie Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Cookie Policy) establishes the procedure for using cookies and similar technologies on the TOSYA Platform available on the Internet at https://tosya.app, including all its subdomains and language versions, as well as on the informational website at https://www.tosya.pro (hereinafter collectively referred to as the Platform).

1.2. The Platform Operator is ФОП Романець Арсен Андрійович, taxpayer registration number РНОКПП 3739606798, registered address: Львівська обл, м. Шептицький, Новодвірська 1, entry number in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organisations: 331988505648, entry date: 04.09.2026 (hereinafter referred to as the Administration).

1.3. The Cookie Policy is an integral part of the Platform’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and has been developed with due regard to the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” dated 1 June 2010 No. 2297-VI, the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce” dated 3 September 2015 No. 675-VIII and, where applicable, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

1.4. By continuing to use the Platform after reviewing the cookie notice, the User consents to the use of cookies in accordance with this Cookie Policy, except where the User has restricted the use of cookies through their browser settings or the available Platform settings. Consent is not required for the use of strictly necessary cookies.

2. Definition of cookies

2.1. Cookies are small text files stored on the User’s device, such as a computer, tablet or smartphone, when visiting the Platform. They generally contain the name of the website from which they originated, their retention period and a unique identifier.

2.2. Cookies allow the Platform to recognise the User’s device, maintain the User’s session and settings, ensure stable operation and improve the service.

2.3. Based on their retention period, cookies are divided into session cookies, which are deleted after the browser is closed, and persistent cookies, which remain on the User’s device for a specified period or until deleted by the User.

2.4. Based on their source, cookies are divided into first-party cookies, which are set directly by the Platform, and third-party cookies, which are set by third-party services integrated into the Platform.

3. Types of cookies used on the Platform

3.1. The Platform may use the following types of cookies:

  1. 1)strictly necessary cookies – ensure authentication, security, Account operation and the basic functions of the Platform; without these cookies, the Platform cannot function properly;
  2. 2)functional cookies – allow the Platform to remember the User’s settings, selected language, region or other preferences;
  3. 3)analytics cookies – allow the collection of anonymised statistical information about how Users interact with the Platform for the purpose of improving its operation;
  4. 4)marketing cookies – may be used to display relevant information or assess the effectiveness of advertising materials if such tools are integrated into the Platform.

4. Purposes of using cookies

4.1. Cookies are used for the following purposes:

  1. 1)signing in to an Account and maintaining the session;
  2. 2)protecting Accounts and preventing fraud;
  3. 3)remembering language and other settings;
  4. 4)ensuring the stable operation of the Platform’s functions;
  5. 5)analytics, interface improvements and error correction;
  6. 6)operation of integrated third-party services where they are used on the Platform.

4.2. Information collected through cookies that makes it possible to identify the User constitutes personal data and is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

5. Third-party cookies

5.1. The Platform may use third-party services for analytics, payments, security, support or other technical purposes, including web analytics and payment services.

5.2. Such services may set their own cookies in accordance with their privacy policies, which the User is advised to review.

5.3. The Administration does not control cookies set by third-party services but uses only those tools necessary for the operation and improvement of the Platform.

6. Managing cookies

6.1. The User has the right to restrict, block or delete cookies at any time through their browser settings. The procedure for changing these settings is determined by the documentation of the relevant browser.

6.2. Where separate cookie settings are available on the Platform, the User may change their preferences through the relevant interface.

6.3. Disabling strictly necessary cookies may cause certain functions of the Platform to operate incorrectly or become unavailable, including the inability to sign in.

6.4. Withdrawal of consent to the use of cookies does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

7. Changes to the Cookie Policy

7.1. The Administration has the right to amend this Cookie Policy unilaterally.

7.2. The updated version is published on the Platform with its effective date.
